Booking & Cancellation Terms
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Babysitting
Babysitting is $25 per hour with a two-hour minimum.
Swim Lessons
Swim lessons may be 30 or 60 minutes, with a maximum lesson length of one hour.
Travel Time
A 30-minute travel buffer is reserved after appointments to allow Andey to travel between families. This time is not billed to the customer.
Confirmation
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment receipt alone does not replace Andey’s final booking confirmation.
